## Narrative

A fire was discovered at the hourly bath-house trailers, smoke was seen coming out of the roof vents by a worker. Fire was investigated and found in the ceiling area, fire dept. was called and fire was put out at approx. 4:00 pm.  Trailer is a total loss and no injuries were involved. Cause, electrical short in the wiring. Compliance/rules, PPE, Mining equip/systems not a factor.
