1/16/14 ee was walking a belt line & stated his foot slipped causing Lt knee to turn. EE continued to work his regular job & during his shift on 1/13/14, ee continued to work his regular job. EE stated that he was shoveling belt and his left knee gave out. MRI on 1/13/4 showed degenerative changes and meniscus tear to left knee. The ee was taken off work on 1/21/14
