## Narrative

The ee exited his vehicle when arriving at work & when he turned to reach for his dinner bucket that was still in his vehicle, he fell to the ground, causing pain to right knee. MRI on 1/20/14 showed advanced degenerative change in his right knee. The ee's 1st day away from work was 1/20/14
