Employee stepped back away from #23501 993K Loader after dismounting and stepped on frozen rock and fell backwards to the ground. Employee felt pain in lower back and groin area. Employee was transported to CAMC General and examined by E.R. Physician. Employee was diagnosed with a muscle strain to the back and taken off work for three days.
