## Narrative

Employee alleges right knee pain in the parking lot prior to the start of a 12 hr night shift. Employee was standing outside of his personal vehicle, leaned in to vehicle to grab his lunch and felt a ""pop"" in his right knee. He was evalauted by a physican, released with restrictions and completed his remaining shift. On 1/23 he was evaluated by a specalists and taken off of work.
