## Narrative

Employee was installing roof bolts with the #5 Roofbolter and while preparing to install a bolt, the grabber became stuck. He grabbed the bolt to hold it in place so that it didn't fail. When he turned to reach for the lever, the grabber smashed his hand that was holding the bolt. He reached for the control, released the grabber, and lowered himself.
