## Narrative

He was using a stone bar to maneuver loose mine track rail on a supply car.  While he was prying, he felt pain in his groin area.  The cause of the injury was body positioning and overexertion due to poor posture.  The miner was not proficient in the use of a stone bar and will be retrained upon his return.
