## Narrative

While operating a scoop tractor, the employee went to exit the operator's compartment.  While exiting, the employee's left hand slipped off the door framework. He felt a ""popping"" sensation in his left shoulder.  The accident did not involve any aspect of compliance nor PPE.  The employee was an experienced operator with current task training on this piece of equipment.
