An unplanned roof fall above anchorage was discovered at approximately 8:00am, one crosscut inby the #2 Mine Fan installed in the #7 Portal entrance. The fall measured approximately 16 feet wide x 20 feet long x 6 feet high in the intersection of Survey Station 21.
