## Narrative

The employee was monitoring the sand discharging from HO-03 (Surge Pile Hopper) when the incident occurred.  As the employee was using a metal bar to break up frozen sand stuck in the feeder, he felt pain of the right wrist.  The employee was using his right palm to push the bar forward.  The doctor's diagnosis was a right wrist tendonitis.
