## Narrative

Employee mashed his finger while swinging a sledge hammer. It appears when he was hitting the side of the slurry bin his hand slid down the handle of the hammer. He continued to swing and his left index finger got mashed in between the handle and a section of plate that wraps around the bin. Employee received 5 stitches.
