## Narrative

He is a utility man who was performing work that he normally does not perform.  He was attempting to hang trolley wire when he failed to recognize the stored energy in the coiled wire.  As he tried to splice the wire together, the splice failed and the end of the wire struck him below the left eye fracturing his orbital bone.
