## Narrative

During belt move in 22D, between 54 and 56 block, he picked up a piece of structure with a roller in it. The roller shifted pinching his left middle finger between roller and structure resulting in a fracture to the distal phalange. No issue with training, PPE, mining equipment or company rules.
