## Narrative

EE was removing a bolt from axle box door. Was holding box end of a gear wrench on the bolt head with his palm and when bolt released the axle box door sprung forward with stored energy. Fingers where close to the bottom flange of the opening and the door pinched the left ring finger causing a laceration. The stored energy was caused by an unseen bent rim behind the axle box cover.
