Narrative

An X-ray taken during the annual medical surveillance program was read by Dr.as positive for indications of pneumoconiosis. A second reading by different Dr.confirmed the image as positive for indications of pneumoconiosis. A confirmed case of pneumoconiosis with a median ILO profusion category of 1/2.
