## Narrative

Employee was on ladder installing spads when he began to drill, a piece of rock broke and fell with the drill still in it pulling employees arm down with it causing pain in shoulder. Employee has been working since date of accident and has now been taken off work.  Employee did not start losing time until 2/18/14.
