## Narrative

On 02/04/14 employee was dismounting a D-11-R Dozer and as he stepped off the push arm while still holding the handrail, he twisted to turn his body when he felt and heard a pop in his right shoulder. He continued to work but due to continued discomfort, employee decided to seek medical attention on 02/19/14 and has been excused from work.
