## Narrative

EE was laying on his back under a shuttle car repairing a broken conveyor chain, using a strap off the master link to push the new snap rings on. EE hit the strap with a hammer which caused the strap to fly off and hit him in the forehead. Causing a 2.7cm laceration. An ER Doctor flushed and Glued the laceration together and EE was then released to return to work.
