## Narrative

Employee was cleaning return rollers on a conveyor belt with a poke bar. The conveyor belt was running. As the employee was scraping, the poke bar caught on the roller and jerked his right hand up jamming it against the frame of the conveyor belt. He broke two bones in his hand and received a laceration.
