Narrative

EE was attempting to move a stored hydraulic cylinder from the T-tower. Partner moved one end and the cylinder slipped from the edge of a raised (12"") surface. The end of the cylinder struck EE's L foot, resulting in a fracture. EE returned to modified work on the next scheduled shift.
