Narrative

At 2 block in the 60 pound at Sugar Run the employee dropped to his knees so that he could install a bolt in a low area. He felt a pop and pain in his left knee when his knee struck the floor. No issues with regulatory compliance, training, or mining equipment. Employee was wearing knee pads.
