## Narrative

While performing a preshift inspection of a haul truck, the operator climbed under the right side to turn off the heater valves.  The engine fan blew drop of coolant on his face and it got in his eye. The eye was flushed, but continued to be irritated. He was taken to the doctor, and given a prescription.
