Narrative

Injured ee stated he had put a dust hose into the regulator at 102 block on the outby side to the inby side regulator. After going through the door at the choker, he reached into the inby regulator to retrieve the hose he was sucked into the frame of the regulator striking his lower right jaw and right shoulder
