## Narrative

EE stated that as he was dragging a tube from the fan to the miner and in the process he strained his right knee. He stated that he felt a pinching sensation in his knee. Employee finished shift. It has come to my knowledge from other men on 7 right crew that EE has had a previous injury to his knee. Also prior to today I have observed him limping daily.
