## Narrative

Employee was operating #67 bus. The control switch was going in and out. The tram power would not stay on. Employees were pulling the pole off the wire to slow the vehicle down. This was done many times once causing injured employee to be thrown against the pipe guard around the windshield of the vehicle causing him to strike his head.
