## Narrative

The employee was helping to move a large steel plate, one of the chains slipped and the plate fell on his right foot, partially amputating the right great toe. Surgery was required and the toe was amputated at the first knuckle. Employee placed off work.  This will be 150 lost days for the amputation at the first knuckle of the great toe.
