Narrative

Friday, January 24, 2014, while spotting a customer truck, in the Clean-Fill Area, the employee slipped on a dirt rut and experienced pain in his left knee. Monday, January 27, 2014, he saw a physician and was diagnosed with a knee sprain. He was given Ibuprofen and released to work. February 15, an MRI showed torn meniscus. March 4, 2014, the employee had microscopic surgery.
