Narrative

EE was setting jack pipe for the #1 unit tailpiece. He had set the jack pipe against the roof and was putting the bottom of the pipe in place. The jack pipe then fell smashing his middle two fingers on his left hand. Xray showed 4th digit on left hand fractured. EE was back on the following shift.
