Customer arranged truck driver was latching dome lid on a bulk tanker trailer during the loading procedure and fell from the ladder accessing the trailer, fracturing a bone in his foot. Contacted the carrier and explained the reporting requirements.  This report is to ensure that MSHA is notified of the incident. Social Security and Date of Birth of the individual is unknown
