Narrative

Employee was struck by an outrigger on a cable truck. The outrigger was not hooked to hydraulics and it came down and impacted the employee on the right side of his face. The outrigger then struck the employee on the shoulder and pushed him to the ground where the employee was pinned by the outrigger.
