## Narrative

Employee was walking along the side of truck 517 doing his pre-inspection when he felt a pop on his left knee.  He continued his inspection to finish his inspection sheet.  He climbed into his truck and went to work the first part of his shift.  After his first break, he notified his supervisor at 11:45 am that he hurt his left knee while doing his truck inspection.
