## Narrative

A section of 10"" HDPE arctic pipe was being offloaded from a roller assembly used to guide pipe sections for welding. While the pipe was coming off the rollers a laborer grabbed the picking eye at the end of the pipe string and caught his hand between the pipe flange and the roller pinching his hand and breaking his right middle finger.
