## Narrative

Employee was walking off his haul truck when he miss-stepped on the deck, and as he reached back to grab a rail, he twisted and felt pain in his lower back and hip.  He didn't think it was too bad until he started driving and it began to feel worse. He was taken to the ER and taken off work until 3/9.
