Narrative

During battery change-out the lead was pulled out of the plug on the Scoop. Following repairs of the cable and plug the plug was connected to the jumper lead to the fresh battery. As the connection was made to the fresh battery a dead short occurred inside the plug causing it to arc, burn and burst out the side.
