Walking down the Sugar Run Slope to clean some spillage and slipped, catching himself with his right hand and twisting his right knee. Employee began missing work on 3/19/14, diagnosed with a sprain. No issue with PPE, mining machinery, training, and employee was reporting to take care of regulatory issue.
