## Narrative

Miner was descending haul truck ladder and fell to ground injuring his ankle. Initial X-Ray was Negative. Miner is no longer employed by the Company. Injury remained painful and was re-X-Rayed finding a fracture. Insurance company notified of positive X-Ray on 3/11/14 and surgical repair on 3/13/14.
