## Narrative

EE backed loader into a stope & while stepping off noticed flames. He turned off the master switch & activated the fire suppression & evacuated area. The incident cause was an arcing starter cable which melted a hydraulic hose & oil sprayed near the arc causing an ignition. It was determined that it was extinguished immediately & didn't meet immediately reportable criteria.
