## Narrative

Preparing barge for loading, movement of  barge caused EE to lose balance, falling approx. 12' into empty barge. Ladder was provided & EE was to climb out of barge. EE sustained fractures to L wrist, R hip & lacerations to forehead. 7000-1 report is being filed as an excise of caution and does not constitute an admission that MSHA has jurisdiction over this injury.
