Employee was removing belt structure when he felt a strain in his shoulder, employee was released to full duty w/o restrictions but will receive physical therapy. PPE was not a factor/mining equipment was not a factor/mining systems was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, miner proficiency may have been a factor.
