## Narrative

Employee was exiting a storage building at an abandoned mine site.  When he exited the door he slipped on a layer of ice.  He dislocated his shoulder.  The shoulder was reset by the hospital physician. He was released to return to work. He now has been given work restrictions and will seek further care. Is scheduled for an MRI on April 3.
