## Narrative

Walking around 9 belt take up carrying a bracket and a switch. When he stepped down onto an area that was recently dug out to the concrete pad he experienced pain in his lower back. Diagnosed with possible lumbar disc issue. No issues with PPE, training, mining methods or compliance.
