## Narrative

Employee was exiting a shuttle car.  The individual missed a step and their right leg went to the ground.  The employee felt a twinge in their left knee but felt they were ok to finish the shift.  The next shift they reported the knee was worse, so they were taken to the ER for evaluation, recommended to a specialist and given a release to return to duty with restrictions.
