Narrative

Injured was walking out of jobsite office trailer doorway during snow/ice storm and wind caught the door causing him to slip and fall onto the steel entry stairs. His left leg struck the edge of the metal stair tread resulting in laceration to the middle shin of his left leg. Laceration required 5 stitches. Released to return to work without restrictions.
