Narrative

While cleaning area in 21D transfer the employee attempted to move a roller on the ground and felt a pain in her shoulder. She dropped to one knee, her hard hat fell off and her head may have struck a roller on the ground. Taken to hospital diagnosed with pulled ligaments in back, stretched ligaments in neck. No problems with training, PPE, mining equipment or compliance issues.
