Narrative

Employee was attempting to slide an aluminum pan underneath a rail car to vacuum out material. While working a crouched position the employee attempted to move the pan by twisting at the torso and felt a pain in lower back. The employee was placed on restricted duty to allow for the lumbar sprain to heal.
