Narrative

Employee was working off a 4' ladder tightening & replacing a hydraulic line with a 1"" 7/16 wrench. Right hand was being used to tighten the line while left hand was being used to support position. Employee states that as he was tightening the line he felt a twitch in left shoulder & heard a pop, he then climbed down ladder & realized his L shoulder was dislocated.
