Narrative

We received notification at the mine on April 3, 2014 that employee had exercised his Part 90 Miner Rights, from the miner. This was diagnosed in November of 2013 which is the date noted above for illness date. The difference between reporting date and date of illness is related to the date we were made aware of the option to exercise his Part 90 Miners Rights.
