EE states he was turning a reducer and felt pain in his right shoulder. Medical treatment obtained on 4/2/14 and put on modified duty. The injury was reported late and there were no witnesses. The investigation is still on-going but are reporting to MSHA as per Part 50 requirements. Additional information to follow upon completion of investigation.
