Narrative

Employee was loosening a bolt with a crescent wrench on discharge boot on CIL #1. While loosening bolt employee felt a pop in his lower back which turned into a sharp pain that went through his lower back, hips and legs. Employee was taken to the Clinic and put on restricted duty.
