## Narrative

EE was working as a team lifting a 4"" beam, when the two men lost their grip on the beam, and it fell to the ground, landing on the right boot. Injuring the employee's 4th toe (one over from pinky). He took his boot off, no damage was seen, so he put his boot back on and finished shift. After the shift was over, he decided to go to hospital. His toe is not broken but infected.
